Ken has more than 20 years of leadership experience heading support teams for Enterprise Software. Ken has been with Tidal since 2006, when he joined as a Senior Support Engineer and Team Lead. During his tenure at Tidal, Ken has overseen a number of QC and other technical support initiatives as the support team has grown and stretched its wings around the world. Prior to joining Tidal, Ken was a senior support manager for BindView Development, PentaSafe, and Crowell Automotive Design.
