Tidal: A History of Motion, Innovation, and Excellence
This Is How We Roll ...

1980s – 2000s
THE GOLDEN YEARS

Tidal Enterprise Scheduler established a leadership position in distributed workload automation, becoming the automation tool of choice for orchestrating complex cross-platform workloads in the post-mainframe world. The software quickly gained a global reputation for being both easy-to-use (no scripting required) and exceptionally robust – ideal for helping enterprises take advantage of new opportunities in a rapidly-changing business technology landscape. Tidal continues to demonstrate agility, scalability, reliability, and enterprise-class performance, delivering business value to 700+ customers worldwide. Dozens of pre-built, ready-to-run integrations to popular environments and applications ensure the widest possible support of fast-growing, multi-system business workloads and processes.

TIDAL'S NORTHEAST USER GROUP – A DAY OF INFORMATION-SHARING AND INSIGHT!

At the Tidal Northeast User Group meeting outside of Boston, Tidal users mingled with Tidal product and engineering leadership to compare notes, share best practices, and discuss strategies for maximizing the value of the Tidal investment within an IT portfolio.

The Tidal team – including our Chief Architect – was on hand to share our 2018 Product Roadmap, walk through our aggressive release schedule, and open up the floor to questions and answers about STA Group's forward plans for the automation platform.

We talked features, technology, and user tips. Customers debated strategies and shared learnings. All in all, an insightful day.

A special THANK YOU to our gracious Host, one of Tidal's customers in the Boston region!

Our User Group Meeting in Manhattan was lively, informative, and insightful – just what you'd expect when you get a bunch of Tidal experts in the same room!  We ended the day at a local pub where the conversation continued with the aid of some adult drinks. The meeting formally ended at 2 pm but we continued sharing Tidal tips and best practices until 5 pm.  Special focus was on moving applications from on-prem to the Cloud – how to do it swiftly, efficiently, and with minimal risk.
